About the Job:



Position Outline



This position assumes direct assist to sales operation and sales team. Customer Sales Support Executive reports to The Area Sales Manager Construction Equipment.



Main Objectives

* Assist Sales Operation.

* Assist The Sales Team.

* Making Quotation and Ensures all the quotations in the system

* Updating Branch Data Base.

* Making all kind of sales reports.

* Maintains good level of contact with the customers



Duties and Responsibilities





* Prepare Quotations,

* Support sales team in meeting customers in office in case all the team in the market.

* Supporting sales team in sending mails, faxes and receiving customer's call

* Prepare all weakly reports (quotations, plans and sales)

* Responsible to prepare Monthly reports and analysis all sales team activities.

* Responsible for all sales documentations.

* To maintain good helpful relationships with all customers and their representatives.

* To ensure all orders are completed as soon as possible

* Updating the information in our databases

* Tracking projects News in Media and makes reports to sales team.

* Full Control for models and giveaways (quantity, Customers, etc…..
