Data Analyst

Responsible for sourcing and integrating datasets, data mining, analysis and using statistical method and procedures, monthly reports, financial matters, administrative job and custodian of all department data.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



1. Ensure the integrity of data, including data extraction, storage, processing and analysis

2. Responsible for data analyst assignments and requirements in both administrative level as well as the production level

3. Collecting and collating appropriate data for usage in databases

4. Work with data analyst to source, validate, and resolve data issues

5. Develop procedures for data transformation, reporting and analysis

6. Work with data analyst in preparing all timely monthly reports and presentations required by the department.

7. Code accurately variables from original information or data and completing analyses as required

8. Present complex findings in a clear, concise manner using graphics, tables and high level summarization

9. Analyze data with standard methods, interpreting the results and providing written summary of data analyses

10. Share the knowledge of analysis and processing techniques and data coding with other staff.

11. Participate in ongoing decisions concerning data collections and analysis.

12. Responsible for data quality.

13. Maintain records of all financial expenditures of the department including salaries, bonuses & incentives.

14. Advises Director of the department’s staff attendance on daily basis.

15. Maintains & updates all soft and hard copies of department’s data including staff hiring and transfer.

16. Maintains & updates all records for the company property within the department.

17. Perform any other related functions as directed by his superior.
