• Perform mechanical surveys of existing buildings/ Designs of New Buildings

• Conduct field investigations and perform forensic engineering & failure/accident analysis

• Understand the litigation strategy, contract language and insurance issues that affect work

• Retain and develop client relationships

• Provide technical findings and conclusions

• Provide plumbing and mechanical design for commercial projects. High Rise Buildings Or Hospitals

• Create maximum efficiency in the design of air conditioning, heating and plumbing systems
