Civil Engineer:
1. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
2. Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
3. Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
4. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
Maintenance Engineer:
1. Supervises KN scope of work at the Mall (Phase I & II) such as, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and technician’s attendance and performance.
2. Follows up on Tenants complaints or requirements from Mabanee such as, water leaks from one Tenant floor to another, due to bas workmanship either in water proofing or in charge and water supply, especially at Kitchens and water closets. Tenants requirements additional cooling at their rented areas.
3. Coordinates between BMB, KN and the Tenant contractors, the commissioning of the HVAC, and the firefighting network at the Shops under fit out.
4. Follows up on the handing over aspects, miscellaneous, but mainly the mechanical works, from construction to us and from us to KN, making sure that the contractor is fulfilling his scoop[ of work by carrying out the snag lists submitted to him and that KN has checked the systems handed over and snagged it.
5. Follows up on Mabanee’s Head Quarter maintenance from time to time as required.
6. Evacuated shops inspection before final hand over to Mabanee as required.
