Responsibilities:



•Provide Enterprise Architecture advisory services to CLIENT IT Management as part of the electronic government transformation strategic plan. This plan targets for CLIENT to become e-government enabled entity, be able to provide and consume e-services within the Government Service Network and.



•Support PMO in steering the Enterprise portfolio efficiently



•Participate in the portfolio management process (Evaluation of opportunities, prioritization of projects, and analysis of the impact of new opportunities on the enterprise architecture)



•Develop feasibility studies and reports based on EA guidelines and framework as per CLIENT IT management requests



•Recommending EA initiatives and leading the execution of such initiatives (Applications Rationalization initiative, Data architecture initiative etc…)



•Collaborate with Business Architect and Technology Architect to execute initiatives based on EA guidelines and framework (Business Process Re-Engineering initiative, IT Organizational Transformation initiative, Technology architecture assessment etc…)



•Review and evaluation of Proposals as per CLIENT IT management requests.
