Executive Secretary

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules

• Answer and screens phone calls and manages the CEO and Deputy CEO’s mail.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary for the Executive team.

• Transcribe drafts, proofread and revise correspondence, memos, agendas, minutes.

• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives

• Coordinate the scheduling of regular staff meetings, gather agenda items and materials as required and prepare and distribute finalized agenda

• Provide transcription and dictation of Board meeting minutes.

• Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

• Update Company’s web page on a regular basis.

• Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

• Perform basic translation tasks for emails and letters from English to Arabic and vice versa for the CEO and Deputy CEO
