Maintain & conduct the employment process in a way to ensure the relevant documents/verifications are complete and prepare employment contract.
Implementation of proper orientation program to provide a good start to new inductees.
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
Facilitate proper implementation of Appraisal Process and compile appraisal results.
Assist in conducting JD exercise in company and maintain the job descriptions for each position of EW/ES/EP staff.
Maintain close laision with Administration deparmtnet and other HR sections for on time execution of work.
Conduct Exit Interviews of the separating employees to analyze the grievances of the employees and reasons of employee turnover.
