Legal Mgr - Flex-i Partners

Job Purpose



To secure the interests and rights of the group from a legal perspective and provide legal opinion, review all type of agreements, claims.

Should possess experience in a diversified group specifically in retail, trading, manufacturing, catering and distribution.



Key Accountability



Draft, advise, review and negotiate core business agreements to conclude the relevant business within the legal requirements, to serve and protect the interest of the group.



Provide legal opinion to management and various departments related to disputes, claims and potential court cases, and managing disputes with third parties.



Represent and defend all cases to resolve the issues to ensure protection of the Group’s interests.



Responsible for filing legal cases against defaulter clients and follow up proceedings and attending legal cases.



Draft all relevant legal documents for Group’s new companies, affiliates and joint ventures including memorandum of Association, Service agreement and any other related legal document



Handle important contracts with respect to value, magnitude with long term commitments from the legal perspective.



Working closely with Board and Management on legal matters as required



Any other legal related matters as required



Good communication skills in Arabic and English Mandatory
