Our client a leading contractor is looking to recruit an Senior Quantity Surveyor. This role will be working on high profile buildings project with a value of over QAR750million





The right candidate will lead the Project's Quantity Survey Section Ensuring effective Quantity & cost Controls are utilized for the development of Contract documents.



The successful candidate will:



Responsible for all commercial matters on the Project and to guide and advise on the commercial running of the project



The successful candidate must have:



* 8+ years experience



* RICS Qualified or working towards



* GCC experience



* Experience with CVR (Cost & Value reconciliation), cash flow &Profit forecast reporting on building projects, variation, Contractual Correspondence





* Buildings/Civil experience
