Passenger Service Agents

Assist in check-in processes and enquiries



Coordinate between passengers and airline providers



Check and process flight documents, passport and flight tickets



Process passengers' luggage and bags accordingly in a timely manner



Provide customer service and render assistance to passengers at various areas such as Departure Halls, Arrival Halls and Check-in Counters



Proactively mingle and interact with passengers



Perform any other passenger related administrative duties as required
