The purpose of this position is to write, incorporate, and enforce a sound production/fabrication system within the Cristal Metal’s Fabrication Site in Jazan Economic City, KSA. The minimum requirements for the standards will be in accordance with ASME B&PV Code Section II, V, VIII, & IX, along with ISO 9001:2008. This position will ensure compliance to the requirements of the above standards, with sound practices within the fabrication plant. The areas of responsibility will be the warehouse, plate & frame heat exchanger cell, machine shop, forming & bending, sandblast & paint area, and the welding and fabrication of titanium, zirconium, tantalum, nickel, Hastelloy, Inconel, duplex stainless steel, and steel.
This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely supply of quality products to customers, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment for all fabrication employees.
This position monitors and advises on how the system is performing, which may often include the publication of statistics regarding company performance against set measures.
This position ensures that customer requirements and expectations have been accurately identified and that the organisation is meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
This position is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a customer-focused culture within the organisation.
