KEY OBJECTIVES
Plan, co-ordinate and review the progress of the construction programme, taking any necessary corrective action to meet, and where possible, exceed the expectations of the client.
Ensure that all sub-contractors have all the necessary resources and information to deliver the programme of work through progress meetings with individuals and, where necessary, multiple trades.
Ensure compliance with the contract drawings, the contract specifications, the Employer's requirements and the Contractor's proposals.
Establish and maintain systems, policies and processes with regard to Health and Safety, welfare, quality and sustainability issues to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
Ensure the high performance of his team through effective planning, communication, development and direction.
Ensuring interested parties have full visibility of all project related information by utilizing hard and soft filing systems.
