About This Job:

Quality assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) aims to ensure that the product and service an organization provides is fit for its purpose and meets customer expectations.



Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:



Review and verify the compliance of the works carried out with the ExxonMobil Material specifications, Standards and Quality plan requirements.

Ensure through QC processes at all stages are carried out as per the contract or Job order and other specified requirements.

Review and approve the NDT procedures and ensuring the compliance.

Monitor Sub-contractor activity and validating their performance,

Maintain Quality records as per the code or customer requirements, Controlling of all Inspection, measuring and test equipment.

Knowledge of dimensional testing and manufacturing.

Sound product knowledge.

Inspect parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and prints

Initiates non-conformance

Reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications

Assures that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements.

Initiates corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature, Completes, inspects and distributes all quality records and documents.

Perform specialized testing as required.

Update & maintain Key Performance Indicator’s account to our Management System

Identifying key areas of best opportunities to apply the RCA& CA process

Coordinate/ facilitate required RCA& CA teams

Perform Audits (internal & external), follow up and finalizing findings from audits through our LEAN RCA& CA process

Failure investigation support for Reliability Engineering.

In-house Training Support for QA&QC employees.Essential Qualifications / Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or College Diploma.

Completion Systems background (Liner Hanger Systems ) is good advantagePreferred Qualifications / Requirements:



Assertive and self-motivated to develop and implement Quality Management Systems

Excellent communication skills, tact and diplomacy to interface with various internal and external customers
