Quality Assurance Officer - Mike Sport

1. Assist in reviewing existing policies & procedures.

2. Drafting, developing and recommending appropriate procedures, forms and processes.

3. Coordinate and follow up with each department on process methods, KPI's and measuring performance.

4. Report the results to QAA Manager for review and approval.

5. Perform QA assignments as per the agreed budget and time frame.

6. Implement annual Quality Assurance plan.
