To set the quality requirements for the industry best practices.
To evaluate and update SOPs to match best practices.
To educate and train employees for ARAC quality standards.
To lead the audit visits for evaluation and/or corrective/protective actions.
To measure customer satisfaction and respond to their compliance.
To check, update, follow and response to SFDA requirements.
To identify quality risks that may harm ARAC or its reputation.
To represent ARAC for any internal or external audits.
