-Main areas of responsibilities:
- Assist in developing job descriptions to ensure the job description library is up to date.
- Interview Coordination: Interview coordination including scheduling interviews, collecting interview feedbacks, compiling feedbacks and ensure that all candidate records are updated in the recruitment database.
- Sourcing: Assist in establishing relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and professional societies in order to have an adequate flow of candidates. Screen CVs and make recommendations to senior members of the team.
- Interviewing: Interview junior candidates and make recommendations to senior members of the team.
- Recruitment Processes: Conduct reference and AML/criminal checks, collect all relevant documents to be put in the employee file, prepare and publish announcements for all new joiners. Schedule induction and PMP sessions. Handles the probation assessments and confirmation letters issuance process.
- Take on any other responsibilities assigned by senior members of the tea
