As a Reporting Specialist, you will collect, summarize, and input data for various internal and external reports. You will prepare a variety of standard and ad hoc custom reports related to call center associate metrics such as average handle time, customer satisfaction scores, and key performance indicators. You will extract and compile data from different databases, utilize various reporting tools in addition to Excel and Access to produce reports based on the end user needs. You will review the data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
