Sales and Marketing Officer - C4

Key Objective:



Generate leads and close sales for C4 in United Arab Emirates and Gulf as well as marketing activities



Work Relations:



Internally:

•Report to Operations Manager

•Collaborate with all team members and software developers.



Externally:

•Communicate with Partners, Current Customers, and Prospect Customers



Duties and Responsibilities:



•Identify business opportunities in the United Arab Emirates by contacting construction contractors.

•Delivering sales pitches to opportunities.

•Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships

•Seek customers in company target markets through research and direct contact with potential customers

•Generate leads through all channels of communication

•Getting requirements of potential customers and communicating them to the development team, eventually transforming these requirements features of the software.

•Assisting in the development of the product by suggesting a features pipeline

•Collaborate with company management to prepare and implement the company’s Sales plan and strategy for meeting business goals

•Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format

•Follow-up with potential clients until eventually close deals

•Actively broaden company exposure and increase positive perceptions through networking events and conferences or any activity that is necessary to complete the sales

•Suggest and execute marketing researches that is necessary to manage his/her tasks properly





Required Experience



2+ years of experience in a same role, having successful history in selling software (preferably SaaS). Knowledge of the construction industry is a big plus.
