Responsible for managing, motivating and leading Food Services Department and team.
1. Create, maintain, and improve new and existing supply contracts.
2. Develop and execute sales initiatives.
3. Analyze market trends and research competitors.
4. Monitor sales figures and forecast future sales volumes, and meet sales quotas.
5. Open New Sales Channels and expand the Scope of Business.
6. Prepare sales &marketing forecasts, action plans sales strategies and research, and produce routinely pertinent reports on all the sales activities.
7. Manage the P&L of the department on a weekly / monthly/ annual basis.
8. Monitor budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing profits.
9. Take measures to reverse losses in timely fashion.
10. Conduct weekly /monthly / quarterly meeting with department, and draw up sets of action plans and tasks to work on with specific targets.
11. Oversee Stock Control and manage the needs of stock (orders).
12. Develop annual sales and marketing plans and policies in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
13. Ensure communications are coordinated, support sales force, plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure.
14. Prepare marketing forecasts; action plans sales & marketing strategies and research, and produce routinely pertinent reports on all the marketing activities.
15. Deal with Customer Service Enquiries (Queries - Complaints), and maintain a good working relationship with our Suppliers and Clients).
16. Set goals for all members of the sales teams.
