This is a Future position for candidates who would like to work in Sales Management\Supervisor roles for Wataniya Mobile.
Incumbent of this role shall be competent to manage a team selling products and services of the company and ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel and other resources.
Incumbent will also be responsible for developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
This role also includes some administrative duties, as to maintain files regarding performance of his team or of certain products, and he will also be responsible for submitting documents related to such as sales report and commission statements.
