Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare agendas, schedule and organize client meetings, internal meetings, travel, and department activities.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate office personnel.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
• Implement and maintain office systems.
• Organize internal and external memos
• Handle incoming mail and send mails to designated personnel
• Set up and maintain filing systems
• Collect information maintain databases
• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
• Prepare and mail checks
• Operate office equipment’s such as printers, copiers, fax machine etc.
• Prepare minutes of meeting
• performing administrative and secretarial tasks
