Job Purpose : Manage and lead architecture & design for large IT solutions with clear and extreme focus on end-to-end solution delivery. Act as design authority for large enterprise system based on Oracle Fusion Middleware and ERP. Responsible for understanding customer need, projecting ideas towards solution and transform them into the solution utilizing Oracle Fusion Middleware products (WebLogc, WebCenter, SOA Suite, BPM Suite and related technologies). Manage resources to deliver solution that meets business need within defined schedule and budget. Ensure proposed solution meet client requirements, architecturally complete and architectural risks are quantified. Engage with vendors on solution definition and verify / approve of the solution.
Be a trusted advisor to the client with in-depth portfolio knowledge and technical implementation experience. Mentor and motivate team of senior and junior resources.
Accountabilities:
• Construct solution for enterprise applications based on Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies that fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements
• Provide solution definition principles and aspects that influence the solution design including technology constraints
• Develop specific and detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, resource and project plan
• Responsible for the overall solution delivery on schedule and integrity of the delivered solution to meet customer needs
• Responsible for key architecture & design decisions and ensure they meet industry standards and best practices
• Demonstrate expert knowledge in Oracle Fusion middleware products including BPM, SOA, BPEL, OSB, Webcenter Portal, Webcenter Content, IDAM, Integration adaptors, SOA Governance and ADF
• Demonstrate expert knowledge in Business Intelligence, BAM, ETL, Rules
• Understanding of Oracle HRMS and Siebel in general
• Demonstrate solid Understanding of WebLogic Server and Java development technologies
• Lead architecture & design review and assurance activities, especially in outsourced engagements and perform timely design and implementation (code) reviews for all engagements
• Responsible for delivering the Architecture & Design documentation and ensuring that documentation is always kept up-to-date
• Provides status reports on project/stream progress and outstanding issues
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
• Demonstrate skills in the Oracle Fusion middleware tools and should be hands on with integration
• Understands advanced relational database concepts and demonstrates proficiency with physical and logical database design
• Facilitate interactive design discussions with team members and execute white board presentations
• Provide mentoring on methodologies, best practices and specific technologies to developers
