Solution Sales (SSEM), Mobility, UAE - SAP

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Solution Sales Engagement Manager (SSEM) will be responsible for Services Sales in Mobility.



The Solution Sales Engagement Manager (SSEM) is responsible and accountable for the overall Mobility Bookings in the Market Unit, composed of protection and development of the existing customer base as well as development of the Mobility order entry. In order to achieve his/her mission and targets, the SSEM must engage and leverage multiple stakeholders in the related SAP landscape (internal and external). He/ She has to closely align the activities and sales approach with the License Sales Colleagues for a joint customer approach. This role combines business strategy and execution coordination as well as operational direct sales.



The SSEM will ensure proper integration of SAP Mobility Services at customers in coordination with the account owners and Services Account Managers to create customer value and meet and exceed targets for Order Entry.



EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

* Demand Generation

- Build and manage sales funnel for mobility services

- Establish overall Solution pipeline build strategy - program support (w/ Field Marketing), monitoring, and reporting

- Support regional industry & solution demand generation programs

- Drive customer / prospect Events

- Own & drive solution campaigns

- Deal Execution

- Drive net new opportunities (based on initial plan, whitespace, etc)

- Analyze the different revenue stream opportunities and develop strategies to maximize the overall result

- Develop and leverage internal and external partner relationships to achieve sales targets

- Support Account Executives and Pre-Sales and develop sales strategies

- Professional management of all assigned direct sales opportunities

- Directly interact with customers to position the value of SAP's solutions as supported by TCO reduction, ROI, business case development, references, and supporting analyst data

- Change the game ( serve as a competitive differentiator) in strategic deals through solution differentiation and thought leadership

- Provide executive sponsorship and sales support for key strategic accounts

- Leverage the SAP ecosystem & C-level relationships to accelerate deals

- Effective Relationships: Builds strong professional credibility by effectively managing and developing relationships

- Executive Presence: Delivers clear, convincing and well-organized presentations. Projects credibility and poise even in highly visible and/or adversarial situations

- Sell value

- Maintain White Space analysis and execution of initiatives (up sell and cross sell) on customer base.

- Utilize best practice sales models.

- Understand SAP’s competition and effectively position solutions against them

- Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information

- Reaching the bookings and revenue goals



WORK EXPERIENCE

* 3 - 5 years of excellent experience in business development, (pre) sales or Consulting of SAP solutions
