Our client is a leading manufacturer of HVAC products is currently seeking to recruit a Territory Sales Manager to be based in Qatar
Position Summary
To form an integral and key part of the Qatar Aftermarket team and assist in the development of the Power & Industrial Sector Aftermarket (Retrofits & Spare Parts) business plan and identification of the skills and infrastructure required to achieve the aims of this plan.
The work content is commercially and technically orientated however an important objective is through group success in meeting commercial targets. The Territory Sales Manager has responsibility in handling jobs technically and commercially from receipt of the clients enquiry through to acceptance of the finished plant.
The above is expected to get educated on the product range, and enhance his technical skills in a short period of time. This shall be achieved through a process of self learning, company training and market exposure.
International &/or local travel will be a requirement of the role.
Position Responsibilities
1. Responsible for meeting commercial targets.
2. Performs technical and commercial review of clients enquiry
3. Provides market data for product/sales development
4. Prepares required sales and marketing tools
5. Prepares required tools for executing jobs efficiently and in a short time.
6. Assists in gathering information related to product applications, technical assistance, pricing strategies and competitive information to field sales
7. Shares information on product changes in equipment or use of materials which would result in cost reduction or more efficient operation
8. Participates in meetings or direct communications with customers or field sales offices to assist in resolution of problems or complaints
9. Assists in preparing and distributing literature, pricing information, technical data and promotional material to customers
10. Maintains a teamwork philosophy with other departments to facilitate problem solving and provide good customer service
11. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
12. Maintains and develops a good relationship with clients
