Under supervision of the Community Mobilization WASH Manager, the Deputy Community Mobilization WASH Manager is responsible for supporting the operational implementation of community mobilization activities and campaigns to ensure cleanliness in the camp at the block level (WASH facilities) and in the communal areas.
He/she directly reports to the Community Mobilization WASH Manager, and is responsible for overseeing a team of up to 6 Community Mobilizers in the field, the activities of about 4,500 WASH Committees and the implementation of a community-based approach to the cleaning of the communal areas.
