Jotun Powder Coatings Saudi Arabia Co. Ltd. is expanding in operations. To support its continuous growth and development, the company seeks an enthusiastic and result - driven candidate who can fulfill the Credit Controller position. The Credit Controller will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a credit control and support function to assist operations to achieve the objectives in accordance with Jotun’s Business Strategy by coordinating between Finance & Sales departments. Responsibilities:
Monitor customer overdue and negotiate payment plans before releasing customer on hold order in Matrix. And it includes handling customer inquiries related to balance outstanding.
Work closely with the Sales Department in order to provide support and relevant information related to credit collection from customers.
Reconcile bank by matching all collection documents posted against bank statement.
Perform risk assessment, in cooperation with local segment management, for new and existing customer accounts, regular review and reporting on overdue receivables in order to reduce the possibilities for bad debts.
Ensure that new customer account application documents initial checking should be done and so as the linking customer in the ERP system .
Conducts regular customer visit to perform reconciliation to ensure outstanding are all balanced and this includes periodical confirmation of account balance.
Audit cash handling to check that the process being done are in accordance with established procedures.
Performs all other related job to customer balance outstanding like issuing instant invoices for any adjustments, monitors DSO and collection every month end.
Responsible for bank transaction like cash deposit and claiming of returned checks.
