About Your Job:
As a Duty Manager, you will direct and control the Ground Operations function in King Abdulaziz International Airport Jeddah in order that the Company's operational, financial, customer service and developmental objectives are met. You will be responsible for all areas of the Airports operation on a shift basis.
The role encompasses managing the service provided by third party handlers at check in, boarding, arrivals, aircraft loading / cleaning, baggage handling etc
About You:
To be succesfull, you must have a desire to make a difference, and to learn and develop new skills in yourself and your team. You must have the ability to identify and implement creative and practical solutions when necessary.You will be an excellent communicator, think outside the box, and be a problem solver.
You will come from a supervisory/management background from within Ground Operations with an Airline from a busy Airport, with at least 3 years of proven experience. You must have an excellent understanding of the commercial challenges facing the business and the ability to see how that affects the day to day operations.
Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
