مهندس كهربائي / Electrical engineer - Al Ayuni Trading And Contracting Co.

1. Prepare calculations, estimations, BOQ and collect all technical data required by tenders .

2. Analyze tender specifications to ensure all required information for calculating cost is included.

3. Secure quotations from venders/subcontractors.

4. Estimate manpower and plan resource loading .

5. Propose value engineering & cost effective solutions to make the proposal competitive and unique.

6. Analyze received proposals/quotations and check for cost compliance to tender specifications.

7. Finalizes and consolidates all direct tender costs estimates

8. Provides all necessary reports and other data to the Engineering & tendering Manager to facilitate their decision making.

9. Organizes filing of Projects, quotations & related documentations, suppliers’ profiles and business address book for future easy access & retrieval.



Qualifications:



1. Process Engineering (Pumping stations, pipelines, elevated tanks,Sewage treatment plants & Reverse Osmosis plants)

2. Design & Development Engineering

3. Cost Estimation Analysis

4. Knowledge of Equipment Details

5. Strong knowledge in NACE, ASTM, DIN, BSI, TEC., ANSI, API, NEC, NEMA.

6. Risk Analysis & Management

7. Process Engineering (STP & RO)







1. إعداد الحسابات والتقديرات، جداول الكميات وجمع كل البيانات الفنية المطلوبة في المناقصات.

2. تحليل مواصفات المناقصة لضمان أن جميع المعلومات اللازمة لحساب التكلفة يتم تضمين.

3. تأمين اقتباسات من بائعى / المقاولين من الباطن.

4. تقدير القوى العاملة والموارد خطة التحميل.

5. اقتراح الهندسة القيمية وتكلفة حلول فعالة لجعل الاقتراح تنافسية وفريدة من نوعها.

6. تحليل تلقى المقترحات / الاقتباسات والتحقق من الامتثال تكلفة لتقديم العطاءات المواصفات.

7. ينهي دمج كل التقديرات التكاليف المباشرة العطاء

8. توفر جميع التقارير اللازمة وغيرها من البيانات إلى هندسة والمناقصات مدير لتسهيل اتخاذ قرارهم.

9. تنظم تقديم مشاريع، والاقتباسات والوثائق ذات الصلة، وملامح الموردين ودفتر العناوين التجارية ليسهل الوصول إليها واسترجاعها في المستقبل.
