Position Summary
As a Franchise Manager you are primarily responsible for promoting the full range of products in Iran and Gulf region in a professional manner to hospitals and related healthcare professionals, as well as for the management of quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
You will support and guiding distributors as well as manage a small team, to make sure that all Market channels are fully used whilst Covidien resources are employed in the most efficient way, to guarantee reaching full market potential.

Key Responsibilities:
• As a Franchise Manager you will establish and assure excellent business relations with the health care professionals (HCPs) and authorized distributors in the area of Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Yemen, Oman, Qatar and Iran
• Focusing on new business growth and people development,
• Achieve & exceed the targets for the area
• Conducting distributor team meetings and travelling to the field with in the region to exchange and gather information with distributors and end-users
• Preparing and submitting regular sales activity, sales and forecast reports to Area Director
