Operations Manager needed to work in the Cosmetic and Beauty field.

- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of company’s mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and planning.

- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services such as HR and Office follow-up through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

- Management of Budget in coordination with the General Manager.

- Help Top Management in devising plans that will be useful to the business’ success.

- Assists in the procurement, sales and pricing and the distribution of the products being sold by the company.
