* The candidate will be responsible for managing operations of B2B online portal and Offline division for Outbound.

* Providing guidance to the team for quotation, travel itineraries, package costing and also for process

* Communicating with suppliers & service providers for smooth flow.

* Reviewing the product and process for improvement

* Establish and strengthen SOP across the company to ensure uniformity

* Reviewing Team’s performance and guide them on the areas of improvement

* Establish and maintain supplier communication

* Handling Escalations

* Generating weekly reports
