•Achieves the monthly sales in and sales out targets for the assigned area and distributors

•Achieves the distribution and coverage objectives by brand as per company objectives

•Management of distributors’ relationship including handling objections

•Achieves the collection targets as per the payment terms •Monitors the stock and managing the distributor working capital and controlling the distributor investment

•Assists the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives, encourages and train the sales team and managing the daily operation to achieve the company goals
