Implement and maintain QPM’s Quality Assurance & Control systems on client project site; Ensure timely quality management, tracking and control at project sites and collate and analyze site quality reports to ensure high quality, world class project management services to clients.
- Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
- Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
- Coordinate with the customers QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems.
- Check the material and verify if it is complying with the Specifications.
- Should know the International Specifications.
- Understand very well the drawings of the project and should have enough technical information.
- Able to close out the project
- Able to prepare the Material Submittals.
- Able to make and maintain filing system for all the project document
- Able to make test plan for the projects
- Able to make Material Submittal Plan
- Able to make Drawings Submittal Plan and inspection and test plan
- Able to make reply all the remarks from the Client technically
- Able to make Daily report etc.
