Receptionist - Dashing International Group

1. Answer telephone

2. Provide information on services offered by salon

3. Book appointments over the phone & face to face clients with great efficiency.

4. Checking clients out

5. Handle client payments, cash, credit card, gift vouchers, coupons & others and end of day validation

6. Maintain and submit gift vouchers, coupons & loyalty card list

7. Preparing cash deposit slips and ensuring cash sales deposited within 48 hours & inform HO within 48 hours of any delays, discrepancies or issues

8. Properly maintaining and reporting petty cash

9. Keep database of clients

10. Tidy and maintain salon reception area

11. Maintain salon reception décor and keep updated

12. Have basic treatment knowledge & Up to date knowledge of salon products

13. Maintaining and making sure enough forms and client records are available for treatments on a daily basis

14. Selling retail products

15. Promote salon services
