As a sales executive you'll be responsible for dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments and making sure that the products are attractively displayed. Also approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new selling opportunities, as well as maintaining good relationships with clients.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Greeting customers & find out the their needs
• Describe a product's features and benefits
• Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
• Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments & provide receipts
• Maintain sales records and customers profile
• Organize and maintain products display
