Secretary - سكرتيرة

•Handle all receptionist activities (communications - email, phone etc.. & organization - appointments & filing)

•Purchasing coordination for office related materials

•In charge for coordinating the office administration responsibilities (tracking and records) i.e working hours, vacations, general announcements, cleaning and security services.

•Will be the main assistant to both the GM and the Finance manager.

•Will have a junior financial / HR responsibility in terms of salary payments and documentation, employee contracts.
