The Technical Support Specialist reports to Head of Technical Support, and performs the following Job Responsibilities:
1- Identify and isolate technical issues and initiate action as appropriate.
2- Troubleshoots system problems and diagnoses hardware/software faults.
3- Works continuously on a technical support task until resolved.
4- Analyzes data on system performance to reduce probability of faults as preventive maintenance.
5- Gather additional information about reported cases, and perform detailed case analysis by gathering logs, screen shots, and try to reproduce the problem if applicable.
6- Rapidly respond to the customer within the customer CRM response time with case status and expected actions.
7- Implement major Updates / Fixes that require onsite involvement.
8- Document performed technical support procedures for customer reporting
