- Greet and serve the customers in a courteous and friendly manner.

- Checks customers what menus are desired and writes the order on a guest check.

- Describes or suggests drinks, food, or other specialties upon request.

- Collects payment from customers and settles account with cashier or accountant.

- Observes when customer leaves and cleans tables and maintains clean work area

- Ensure cleanliness of the work area at all times.

- Follow health and safety procedures according to the Company standards,

- Handle customer complaints in efficient and fair manner.
