The jobs in this level are responsible for implementing Zain IQ's CSR Strategy and plans in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. They are also responsible for developing reports and internal communications to communicate CSR initiatives and enhance employee involvement.



the position:



* Understand and participate in the development of CSR Strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets

* Implement and suggest improvements to CSR policies and procedures

* Provide support to subordinates, motivate and participate in their appraisals for the efficient use of human resources

* Keep abreast with the latest CSR initiatives and leading practices conducted

* Identify and prioritize Zain IQ key stakeholders and determine the sphere of influence

* Implement the social responsibilities road map through proper identification of initiatives in line with pre-set strategy and best practices requirements

* Perform all CSR activities such as sponsorships, charity work, community support projects and specific local or global initiatives by building relationships with communities and external CSR agencies and ensure full coordination with Marketing on execution guidelines of activities

* Coordinate with key internal stakeholders and Departments on pre-set initiatives

* Coordinate with Zain IQ's Human Resources and Internal Communications to develop internal communications and employee involvement plans as needed

* Coordinate with related Social Responsibility Departments of various private sector companies in achieving social impact

* Assist in the diffusion of the culture of volunteering and encourage Zain IQ employees to participate in volunteer activities

* Develop reports on CSR matters

* Attend conferences, participate in CSR membership organizations and gather and share resources

* Carry out assigned activities in specified area as instructed by the Head of Corporate Social Responsibilities Department and with minimal direct supervision

* Supervise and coach team members to ensure optimal performance is achieved and provide improvement recommendations as required



Contribute to the effective achievement of objectives through following-up on individual objectives, performance reviews, formal and informal feedback and appraisals to maximize subordinate and Department performance
