The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services.



Role Description:



The EMR Manager will be oversee the Project teams and the PMO team, including but not limited to tools for use with navigation, documentation, ordering, decision support, and reporting.



This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.



Responsibilities include:



a. Scope of work



• Responsible for managing the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts

• Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end

• Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.

• Staff project work

• Works in conjunction with the application team leads, business, and clinical owners



b. Management responsibilities



• Staff, manage, and maintain a high performing, diverse team

• Create dynamic work environment

• Understand and shape Client business needs into EMR solutions

• Collaborate with Accenture and Client teams

• Evaluate, document, and provide feedback for Accenture team members on a formal and ad hoc basis
