Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
Make and receive telephone calls, faxes and e-mail to ensure successful communication.
Conduct researches as needed and present gathered data in an executive summary.
Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes to ensure agenda coverage during the meeting.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences in order to facilitate the meeting..
Setup travel arrangements to ensure smooth operation
Maintain calendar to prevent schedule conflict .
Prepare and maintain expense report.
Save the files, records and maintain a hard copy and electronic filing system.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Make reservations, airlines, hotels and cars
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
