Field Sales Manager - Manpower Middle East

An exciting opportunity has come up to join a leading FMCG company. Based in JAFZA, our client is looking for a sales focused and hands-on Field Sales Manager to manage the company's Key Account customers.



Responsibilities :

• Control all activities of the sales team in terms of prospecting, negotiating with key account customers and achieving daily, monthly and yearly targets in the respective areas.

• Monitor performance of the sales team against key measurements (collections, individual targets, consumer promotion execution and product listing ).

• Implement sales and marketing activities.

• Maintain contact with all clients in the market and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

• Develop journey plans for the sales team and monitor implementation

• Establish monthly sales objectives for the sales team and submit them to management.

• Monitor each salesperson’s daily performance and compare results with the month’s objective.

• Provide regular feedback to management regarding market performance and identify opportunities for growth.
