Interior Designer - Dashing International Group

Responsiblities will include:



1.

Developing Concept & Interior Guidelines

Developing & formulating total interior design concept of outlets

Producing detailed Environment Guidelines



2.

Identifying Suitable Potential Locations (feasibility study stage)

Create a preliminary floor plans to identify feasible potential outlets based on company’s criteria



3.

Design floor plans, elevations & 3D perspectives

Designing floor plans that efficiently utilize spaces and are functional

Designing perspectives and elevations as per the environment guidelines

Design functional and practical furniture to submit them to manufactures

Coordinate with draughtsman to finalize MEP drawings



4.

Preparing documents for tendering

Prepare estimation and bill of quantities

Prepare written specifications of all materials

Prepare & coordinate all working drawings for tendering

Coordinate with Purchasing Department to get quotations



5.

Monitoring Projects

Handing over of new locations to contractors

Daily monitoring of new sites

Make sure contractors are progressing as per PIP

Coordinating with suppliers

Taking over branches from contractor

Handing over branches to Operations Department
