IT Manager MEA - JCDecaux

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSABILITIES:



1) IS strategy

-Work closely with the head of IT strategy to develop and implement the Corp IT strategy in the Middle East

-Understand the strategic and tactical challenges submitted by the Group and by the business units.

-Identification of technology risks, security issues, and areas that need enhancement.

-Anticipate the changes required to reflect the company's strategy and oversee long-term development plans.

-Provides strategic direction and technical guidance on all information technology initiatives

-Support the business units in understanding and analyzing their functional requirements and help raise the performance bar of the associated business processes, data, applications and systems.



2) Regional Coordination

-Be the entry point for IT Corporate & Subs in Middle East for any matters related to IT & Digital Management System.

-Coordination and functional management of the Country/BU IT Managers or Local IT leaders

-Ensure compliance to Group IT standards and implement Group’s best practices, Deploy & Implement best IT practices

-Provide multi-system Information Security leadership to all areas of IT

-Training & day-to-day coaching

-Manage project portfolio for the region

-Enforce Corporate governance rule

-Participate to the elaboration & validation of the IT Budget for the Region, conduct monthly follow-up and monitoring



3) Operational Management



Digital:

-Coordinate with the respective Operation Directors for installation of new digital networks, preparation of the digital signage system and provisioning of the network

-Ensure the operation of the regional digital platform (500 screens currently), from technical maintenance to scheduling of the content

-Be the main point of contacts and technical expert for the internal core business actors regarding digital contents’ best practices, innovative campaigns, new concepts and high tech solutions, such as the deployment of Wi-Fi networks, usage of live feeds in digital campaigns, specific screens, etc.

-Manage an IT digital expert



Project Management:

-Recommend and participate to the selection of the softwares that can improve business efficiency and employee productivity

-Ensure the deployment of back-office and front-office softwares selected by the Group & the region (SAP, ODEX, etc…)

-Responsible for the implementation of any back-office and front-office software from the definition of the needs to the planning of the implementation process, the training of the users and the utilization of the platform

-Manage the upgrade requirements and related cost evolutions



Infrastructure and Network security knowledge:

-Responsible for servers, network and telephonic infrastructures for UAE

-Set up and manage the IT infrastructure of new Business Units in startup phase
