Mall Leasing Executive

Following will be the Daily Task:



*Meeting with different prospective tenants on daily basis

*Preparing lease agreement, negotiations clauses of leases & follow ups for the signed leases

*Following up with accounts department on daily basis for the invoices in order to send to the tenants.

*Cheque collections & follow ups for the payments

*Conduct site visits with prospective tenants in order to promote the mall as a unique retail destination.

*Meeting with different tenants on daily basis about the issues they are facing with regards to fit out and government approvals in order to open the store on time.

*Prepare different types of reports for General Manager review such as Leasing Status, Revenue reports, budgets, Revenue forecasting.

*Working with the Fit out team in transitioning from executed contracts through to the unit handover and commencement of fit out to shop opening.

*Prospecting local and international tenants to ensure the tenant mix achieves the positioning of the project as a destination for retail, F&B and leisure activity.

*Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category to facilitate information retrieval and ensure a proper follow-up system.

*Rent payment collection and negotiating on deferred payment plan for selected retailers.

*Keeps a constant updated stock of prospective tenants and/or investors, potential brands, concepts and market intelligence.

*Following up with the tenant during the design period and pushing them to open the shop on time.

*Involve in Specialty leasing such leasing ATM, Kiosks.
