We’re looking for bright, young social media enthusiasts to manage social communities and do the following:
1. Assist in executing online campaigns initiatives through handling content-related and online marketing tasks and requests.
2. Responsible for overseeing the execution of social media strategy and digital initiatives.
3. Coordinate and manage the engagement calendar to ensure content is approved and is released on time.
4. Promote the brand through attending/ covering relevant Qtel events (sponsorships, marketing-related events)
5. Handle day-to-day operations of social media (facebook, twitter, linkedin, etc)
6. Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications.
7. Maintain Social CRM quality, ensuring quick-customer complaints responsiveness and escalate issues in a timely manner when/ if needed.
8. Research, refine and evaluate new channels for social media
9. Deliver daily/weekly Monthly Social Engagement statistics and insights. Work closely with external monitoring and moderating vendors to track site conversations and trends, analyze campaign data for optimization opportunities. Highlight campaign results and progress along with key learning and recommendations.
10. Identify and build relationships with community opinion leaders.
