- Operation Manager

- At least 3 years of experience as manager of supermarkets, Hypermarkets or Retail



Qualifications and Responsibilities:

- supervising employees and store operations

- Supervising inventory and ordering products, performing administrative work and engaging in safety inspections and loss prevention.

- very skilled at organizing merchandise, communicating with employees, and providing excellent customer service.

- overseeing retail operations, scheduling employees, resolving workplace conflicts

- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process
