Role:
o Provides the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control, and report on cost and schedule for concurrent projects throughout the project.
o Prepares, updating and monitoring the project milestone schedules based on the Contract requirements.
o Collects performance data (installed quantities, expended labor hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract work), and tracking data analyzing (critical path, resource and risk analysis).
