Scope of position: Responsible for the timely placement of purchase order and delivery of materials to meet SRFC demand.



• Generating the Request for quote (RFQ) based on approved Job request.

• Creating quote comparison sheet (QCS) for received quotations.

• Forwarding RFQ/QCS to the supply chain manager/GM for approval.

• Preparing Purchase request based on approved QCS

• Preparing purchase order based on approved PR

• Submitting approved Purchase order to vendors by fax, email and by hand.

• Arranging delivery based on said PO'S delivery terms (Delivered by supplier or collecting by himself and delivered to concern department)

• Coordinating with finance and arranging payments according to the said PO's payment terms.

• Maintaining Procurement log

• Other duties as assigned
