UAE experience required. Familiar with design and project management. Responsible for the full set up of the company division, paper work, preparing contracts for contractors etc.
1. Responsible for day to day site management & conducting regular job site inspection
2. Follow-up with site engineers of different contractors/ sub contractors to ensure the works have been carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule.
3. Responsible for designs and RFI.
4. Weekly reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in the work to MD.
5. Actively monitor the work environment for hazard, assist in quality & safety audit.
6. Identify and highlight possible risk in the project.
7. Assist in project documentation.
8. Accurately inventorying the jobsite and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained.
9. Finalize of Billing Break-ups, Bill certification, etc.
10. Coordination for verification of extra claim raised by the Contractor.
11. Willing to work extended hours as required on site.
